Alyssa Eisenman graduated from our program in December 2023, choosing to remain a little longer to strengthen the new habits she had worked so hard to build. Her boyfriend also went through recovery during that time, and together they remained committed to working the program separately, ensuring they each focused on their own individual healing and growth.
Today, Alyssa serves as the Case Manager for our men’s program, where the need is great—male clients outnumber female clients nearly two to one, and she supports an average caseload of 10 clients at a time. Her approach is grounded in compassion, teamwork, and a deep understanding of what it means to rebuild a life
Alyssa is also preparing for an exciting new chapter—she will be welcoming her first child in May. As she navigates the balance between home and work, she remains committed to her personal and professional growth.
Looking ahead, Alyssa hopes to continue her education and pursue her Recovery Peer Specialist certification, further equipping her to support clients on their own paths to freedom.
