Frequently asked questions
What is a sober living home, and what can I expect?
A sober living residence is a safe, supportive place where people can live while they’re getting back on their feet—whether they’re recovering from substance use disorder, healing from mental health challenges, or transitioning out of a correctional institution.
At our sober living home in Central Florida, clients can access helpful resources and a stable environment while working toward independence. Unlike inpatient treatment, there’s more freedom—you can work, go to school, and come and go with some guidelines in place. It’s a helpful next step for many people ready to move forward, but still need structure and support.
How do our recovery residences help people struggling with substance use disorder?
Our recovery housing is a safe and structured place for people to live while they focus on healing from substance use disorder. We prioritize well-being, building life skills, and taking steps toward living independently.
Everyone in our homes follows basic rules and participates in therapy or support groups to stay on track. The goal is to help each person grow stronger, gain confidence, and successfully transition back into everyday life.
What are the benefits of living in a halfway house?
Living in a halfway house gives our clients a fresh start. Rules, curfews, and daily routines help them stay focused and accountable in their recovery. Our staff is available to assist with important things like job searches, emotional support, or finding necessary resources. Recovery housing is a solid step between treatment and independent living.
How much does it cost?
