We challenge our clients to take full ownership of their recovery. With guidance from experienced on-site staff, each man creates and follows a personalized wellness and recovery action plan designed to build strong habits, sharpen focus, and fuel long-term success in life beyond addiction.

At Foundations to Freedom, we offer a secure, supportive environment for fathers in recovery and their children. Our goal is to help men rebuild their lives, equipping them with the skills to be clean and sober and able to care for their children as they transition back into everyday life.
We believe in the power of taking control of your own recovery. Our dedicated team is here to guide each father in creating a personalized plan focused on building healthy routines and laying the groundwork for a stable, substance-free future for both themselves and their children.
peer support specialist
Each client receives a case manager who will develop a wellness and recovery action plan based on the client’s specific recovery needs.
support groups
Daily mutual support group meetings provide encouragement, accountability, and connection as clients navigate addiction recovery.
goal Setting
Clients work closely with their case managers to set and attain new goals for each stage of their recovery journey.
recovery sponsor
Each client is encouraged to get and retain a sponsor to provide guidance, support, structure, and accountability during the early years of recovery.
TRANSITION Plan
Case Managers work closely with each client to help them create a plan for life after living in a recovery residence.
ongoing support
Foundations to Freedom offers all alumni 6 months of peer support and case management at no cost, plus access to low-cost housing.
