At Foundations to Freedom, we provide structured, sober living homes for men committed to rebuilding their lives after addiction. Our mission is to instill real-world skills that strengthen independence, build discipline, and prepare men to step back into society with confidence and purpose.
We challenge our clients to take full ownership of their recovery. With guidance from experienced on-site staff, each man creates and follows a personalized wellness and recovery action plan designed to build strong habits, sharpen focus, and fuel long-term success in life beyond addiction.
peer support specialist
Each client receives a case manager who will develop a wellness and recovery action plan based on the client’s specific recovery needs.
support groups
Daily mutual support group meetings provide encouragement, accountability, and connection as clients navigate addiction recovery.
goal Setting
Clients work closely with their case managers to set and attain new goals for each stage of their recovery journey.
recovery sponsor
Each client is encouraged to get and retain a sponsor to provide guidance, support, structure, and accountability during the early years of recovery.
TRANSITION Plan
Case Managers work closely with each client to help them create a plan for life after living in a recovery residence.
ongoing support
Foundations to Freedom offers all alumni 6 months of peer support and case management at no cost, plus access to low-cost housing.
