There are several ways to assist a loved one after drug rehab. The best way to help your loved one as well as yourself is to participate in a family therapy program. There are many programs available to you. Professional therapy, Al -Anon or Nar- Anon, and others. Your local treatment center may be able to direct you as well. Remember it is extremely important to help yourself.
